The Old Dairy Pods comprises three bespoke Glamping Pods set in approximately 5 acres in the heart of the village of Yapton. A quiet, relaxed area but within walking distance of the local shops, pub and bespoke coffee roastery with a large village Green, local footpaths , less than three miles to the coast and a short drive to Arundel, the South Downs , Goodwood and beyond.

Location and Access 
Portsmouth and Brighton is about an hours drive away or a short train journey from the main line station in the next village of Barnham which also has a direct train access to London and Gatwick airport. Worthing 8 miles , Goodwood 8 miles and Chichester 10 miles.

Local Attractions

Yapton 
– located next to st Mary’s Church , built around 1180 AD. There is a local pub (The Maypole Inn) shops and bespoke coffee roastery (edgcumbes.co.uk) all within walking distance.

Clymping Beach
– approximately 3 miles away with an all year round dog friendly beach with café.

Arundel
– Arundel is a popular tourist destination with its independent shops, contemporary art galleries, cafes, and restaurants combined with one thousand years of history. Exploring the Castle is a must and opens to the public between April to October, whilst Arundel cathedral stands majestically over the town and is open all year round. South Downs National Park

Chichester 
(10 miles) – Chichester is the only City in West Sussex and is a Roman cathedral city and remnants of its historical past is scattered through the city. Today it is known for its busy pedestrian shopping centre with bespoke shops, the renowned Chichester festival theatre and the harbour. (discoversussex.org)

Goodwood 
(8 miles) – The Goodwood estate has been home to the Dukes of Richmonds for over 300 years. It houses a magnificent art collection and is open to the public for tours and their famous afternoon teas as well as golfing and motor sport experiences. It is famous throughout the world for its sporting heritage; Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit.
